Terms of Service

GuildScroll Ltd. (“GuildScroll,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the GuildScroll platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using GuildScroll, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use GuildScroll. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Platform Purpose

GuildScroll is a professional networking platform for tradespeople, contractors, and industry professionals. GuildScroll is not an employment agency, brokerage, or contractor referral service. We do not guarantee work, income, business opportunities, or project outcomes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

GuildScroll offers auto-renewable subscription tiers that unlock additional features.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

GuildScroll does not process payments directly for in-app purchases made through Apple.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By submitting content, you grant GuildScroll a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content for purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Verification Badges

Verification badges indicate that certain account information has been reviewed by GuildScroll. Verification does not guarantee performance, licensing status, skill level, or service quality.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, impersonation, spamming, scraping data, or violating applicable laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Users may discontinue use at any time by deleting their account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuildScroll is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
